🎯 Where are the items located?
Our offices are located in the US, Europe, and Singapore, while our warehouses are based in China. As a result, your package may be shipped from China, the United States, or Germany to reach its destination. In the event that our warehouses in the US and Germany are out of stock, your package will be shipped from our warehouse in China. We currently have three warehouses worldwide.
⏰ What is the estimated lead time?
The majority of orders are typically delivered within 1-4 weeks from the time of ordering to the delivery date.
We use the expedited shipping option for most orders and we do our best to keep the waiting time to a minimum.
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- If there is a product quality issue or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services.
- If the customers don't like our products, they will need to cover the shipping cost for the return and exchange.
❤️ We are confident that you will love your Artedimo order when it arrives. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please reach out to us via our contact us page or by replying to the shipping update emails, and we will make it right.
📩 Order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
- The order confirmation will be sent immediately after you place the order to the email address or mobile number you provided during the order placement.
- The shipping confirmation will be sent within 2-7 days after you receive the order confirmation to the email address or mobile number you provided during the order placement.

Eligible for Partial/Full Refund & Replacement:
- Any item that is different from the one ordered by the client, is damaged, or has missing parts, color, etc due to our error.
- Any item that is different from its description.
- Any item returned to the sender without being delivered.
- Any item that has not been delivered within 90 days.
All the cases mentioned above will be eligible for a partial/full refund or replacement.
🎁 Gift cards.
Canceling orders is only possible within 4 hours after order confirmation. After this time, we cannot provide a refund. (Sometimes, if the order hasn't been shipped, we may be able to cancel your order, so please contact us if you haven't received the shipment confirmation or if you want to cancel your order.)
Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, as per your tracking number, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
You must reach out with an inquiry within this time window to be eligible for a return or exchange and then you will have another 14 days to return the product to us.
Once you receive your package please open it as soon as you receive it, and check:
- if product wasn't damage during the transportation,
- if no parts are missing,
- if the product type/model/color is correct

Our Returns Process:
Step 0: Please read our return policy above to determine if your order qualifies for a refund/return.
Step 1: Submit an inquiry including the reason for your return to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 2: We will confirm the refund amount you qualify for, depending on the reason for your return and the items in your order.
Step 3: We will provide you with the return address and instructions for labeling the shipment. It is important to follow our instructions; otherwise, we cannot process your refund.
Step 4: You will need to ship the item at your own cost. We do not cover the cost of return shipping or provide pre-paid labels (only in specific cases we can provide return shipping label). Please print out your order confirmation email and include it in the return package.
Step 5: Notify us via email that you have sent your return and provide us with your tracking number. Sending without tracking number is for your own responsibility (we highly discourage you from taking this option).
Step 6: We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned items.
Refunds (if applicable):
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account.
