Note that not all items are updated in real time with tracking, and right now we are experiencing delays due to end of the year.

Also note that if your order was placed within a few days, that might be note yet reflected in tracking app. This does NOT mean there is a problem, or your order wasn't shipped. We usually ship all orders within 24-72 hours. But since we use 3rd party tracking site, it can take a several days for the shipping information to beupdated in the online tracking system.
